The Procurement Supply Chain analyst will work in one of the biggest SAP systems landscape worldwide,
Supporting daily operations, working on customer enhancements and projects, applying the latest technology,
Like SAP to Cloud integration, Robotics Process Automation and SAP Fiori.
Our team is supporting the warehousing and procurement supply chain processes from the need until the goods are delivered to the target location and/or managed within the warehouse.

Job Role Responsibilities:
- Handle problems and service requests reported by users of the inventory management and extended warehouse management process. This includes break/fix remediation, business consulting and answering user "how to" questions
- Respond to breakdowns of time critical batch jobs
- Maintain system configuration settings
- Learn and maintain SAP custom enhancements
- ABAP Debugging knowledge enough to troubleshoot system issues
- Manage program and configuration changes via Solution Manager ChaRM in response to problem resolution, enhancements or projects.
- Perform thorough testing of problem corrections and enhancements
- Ensure completion of transports until their move to production and effectively address any follow-up steps and/or side-effect issues identified in the process
- Create documentation to end-users and support team for system enhancements
- Maintain batch job variants used in the supported systems for the Procurement process
- Raise SAP OSS messages (support tickets) when applicable and follow-up the issue resolution with SAP
- Gather detailed requirements from business users for whole business processes and/or functions on approved projects and enhancements
Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in EWM
- Energy sector is an advantage but not a MUST
- Advanced English
Technical Skills:
- Experienced SAP EWM / WM / IM and warehouse processes and module configuration skill
- Advanced business process knowledge around material handling and integration to ERP systems
- Experience integrating EWM with SAP ERP systems
- Technical skills to configure SAP EWM
- Technical knowledge of SAP ERP side processes including purchasing (including stock transfer orders) inventory management and physical inventory counting
- Sound debugging knowledge (preferred, not required)
- Strong knowledge of the SAP technical system architecture
- Demonstrate high level analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of ABAP language
